I forgot to say that I came in 5th in the lose 10 pounds in May Challenge, Yeah! That was out of over 400 people, I lost the 5th highest percentage of my body weight. Yeah for me again! Also I changed my goal weight to 150. Once I get there then I'll decide if I should take a break (1 week only) and then get back to losing the last amount. IDK. I was at 150 a few years ago and when I took a blood test. Everything was perfect, my cholestorol, my sugar levels, everything, so I know that's my healthy weight. I'll take it one day at a time. But let's lose these 16 pounds before my bday. I'm determined. Be Blessed!
