Its a crazy busy day today and i am out of sugar-free chocolates! Aargh! I need my post lunch sweets!

I have a small box of chocolates (given to me for Secretaries Day) and i'm wondering how awful it would be if i ate ONE. I'm supposed to be staying away from any and all sugar, so its obviously not ideal... but would it really hurt??

happy secretary's day, but don't do it - if you're questioning it it probably means bad idea - just visualize how you'll feel tomorrow if you forego the chocolate - you'll feel proud. you'll feel strong. you'll feel invincible. that will give you the power to defeat the next challenge. a better idea would be to identify one of the chocolates that you want to eat and keep it as a reward for being strong all week and eat it very mindfully when it's time for the reward

One probably wouldn't hurt, but I know if I eat chocolate, I'm going to eat 3 more... Maybe you can eat one, and then give the rest to a co-worker? Or leave it in the breakroom with a note that says, "help yourself!" That way you won't be tempted with the rest! Good luck. Oh, and WOO-HOOO about the loose fitting pants from your last post. :) That's awesome.
