I am really having a tough time right now. I want junk! Thank goodness we don't keep mich in the house. I don't understand why I do so well at work where I eat both breakfast & lunch and then when I get home, watch out I looking! I even bring an apple to eat on my way home to try to subside that urge before I get here.
