Well, with bithday and thanksgiving, I guess no weight gain is a good thing. I received George Stella's no carb cookbook as a gift and made the low carb pumpkin pie. It is a 'close" and certainly helped prevent full loss of control. Also received a Fitbit. Well see how that works by next weigh in!
