I am trying to get back on to low carb, I did really well with it before combined with 3 times a week to gym, but put a lot of weight back on as soon as I got back into my old ways, still going to gym 2-3 times a week but still gaining upper body flab. Now back to 118kg so disappointed with myself again.
Must try hard now especially with xmas coming up!
