Well, Another week of just working in front of my desk from sun up to midnight. and I have lost .8lbs! I haven't exercised or counted calories or anything! I think it's because I get very distracted with my work and forget to eat. but also I've been good about the sweets. Still snacking though. Only bummer is that it's the end of the 2nd 8 week interval and I didn't reach my goal of getting under 140. Instead I got right up to it! lol. Oh well. It's one week off and then back on again. even though i've never really been "on" for the last 3 weeks.
