Hungry today. 5 eggs scrambled with loads of butter. Gonna chase it with a couple burger patties with cheese 🐷

Yes. I've been mostly LCHF since 2004 but over the last few years tending more towards carnivore. Meat only definitely feels best, but I like being able to include a few other foods now and then. Last year I ate not a single vegetable 😁
