well im down to 180, this is a weight that i know very well.. 35 more lbs to go... i can do it!!! gotta increase my water intake, and eat my protein and veggies, trying to stat away from all bread and pastas!!.... oh and sugar... cheers to a good week everybody!! happy holiday season!
