Am proud of myself for the effort in the past two days. I didn't do so well on water yesterday. Wasn't home, went to visit my boyfriend who is living in a dorm for the summer. Brought water, but finished what I had and didn't find more. Went to a graduation and dinner last night. Was concerned about the buffet and was starving. Packed an apple and a fiber one bar to hold me over!!! I was so proud of myself. By the time we ate at 830 I really was hungry. Tried to record the meal as best I could. Really didn't do too badly. Easier because I really don't eat meat, but loaded up on the veggies and fruit AND had a salad. Since bread is my weakness had A roll and butter, and a sliver of cake. Definitely went over points but feel okay about it. Today I went out to lunch with my boyfriend and asked to go to Applebees because it's easier to count points there. :) Was really tempted to eat a big sandwich and fries but opted for the salad instead. I realize I can still have those things but last night, I chose bread and a piece of cake and I need to be conscious of the trade offs. I can eat, but I am becoming really aware of moderation. I had a sweet treat yesterday and I have extra points to use, but I need to remember not everyday is a sweet treat day. :-)
