昨天斷食一天,晚上吃了兩份燙青菜+半碗皮蛋瘦肉粥+一個巧克力小泡芙+一碗無糖優格+兩杯奇亞籽蘋果醋,本來覺得澱粉吃太多有點罪惡感,有在家做簡單的運動,體重有少少的降了0.2公斤,體脂倒是降了0.3有點意外
