I hope you all are having a lovely day!

Today I’m not struggling with hunger or cravings as much as I realize I eat because I’m bored.

Switched from coffee to tea, and wanted to know if anyone has any tea recommendations? 🤔

Stay strong, you got this! 😊

I like Lemon-Ginger or peppermint to calm a tummy. Raspberry Zinger during the day. And Honey Vanilla Chamomile or Cinnamon Apple before bed. ☕👍

I like hibiscus iced tea. I make my own from the dried flowers that I buy on Amazon. It is one of those things that also has the medicinal properties of supporting a stable blood pressure and blood sugar.. it is actual used in many third world countries where they don’t have sufficient medical support. I can’t speak to whether it works or not because I don’t have either of those issues, but I did a medical literature search on those claims and they are supported.

Oolong tea promotes increased metabolism and weight loss properties. I always recommend Harney and Sons for great flavored tea. And as long as you're there, the hot cinnamon spice is amazing.

I don’t drink sodas routinely, or hot tea or coffee — commercial prepared teas are full of sugar. I first tasted it at a Mexican Fiesta and have been hooked since.

If I have to and when the world runs out of coffee - Good old reliable orange pekoe - 2 bags in a cup - nice & strong - and throw some sugar in there because it does not have any - and some 2% milk - and I am a happy camper - that works until we return to civilization where they keep the coffee!

I love chai tea. it's good iced or hot. I like to add a little bit of almond milk and stevia to make it like a low calorie latte

I have a personal invention I love. One day when preparing tea I added one chamomile teabag and one ginger teabag to my pot and found a flavor I love hot or cold.
