Does anyone pay for the premium for this app? If yes what do we get extra with it?

I don't have it but what I know is you get to get access to their food plans, track water and manage to personalise your meals ie more than the 4 in the free version. personally I don't think it's worth it as there's plenty of free tools outside this app that add up the ones that the premium version gives.
