day 6 Went swimming this morning. first time back since muscle issues, have been gone over a month. Was suprised I am still at the same level as before. Got in over a mile in an hour. Only rested for less than a minutes twice. Snorkel broke over the time off. Had some plastic tape in my bag (have not idea why) but I was able to fix enough to swim.
I am still taking it easy - on the legs. I am not doing as much as before, but something everyday. Hope the scales will reflect as well. I did elepitical, walked, horse back ride, swim, circut training, core training, and conditioning at the gym.
