Sadly, I didn't make this one. It was the 450 calorie fitness special on a menu at Land Ocean Restaurant. However, it was just a piece of roasted halibut, sweet potato puree, and a simple quinoa with small bits of kale in it. It had some unknown topping on top that tasted like dried carrot.
