I buy Brunswick sardines available locally. I looked up Crown Prince on Amazon.ca and yowsah $124.00 / case of 12 Canadian; guess I stick with Brunswick.😀

M.Yo. I had to adjust my calories also. So I went to as many reputable sources as I could find. I have been here 2 weeks. I went by my height and weight and activity level to decide on a figure for me. I am now at 1400 calories a day (1200-1600), and am striving for 46 grams of protein a day. Veggies. At least 80 oz of water a day.

M yo— I think many have found that the app is a little generous with the RDI. The amount it allows me might be OK on a day when I am swimming, hiking, busy at home but otherwise I just make adjustments to compensate.

Prices of products sold on Amazon vary from one seller to another. I always shop around different sellers (look at customer ratings) than drop them in basket and watch until the price becomes reasonable. Hope this helps.
