Had acupuncture at 1:30pm, then stopped at Whole Foods. It was nice out but very windy. Steps 1538 for 38 minutes, burning 300 calories (7:45 minute cool down).
65.5 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
