It's been a bit since I have recorded anything so I figured I would add something today. The last few weeks have been hard to juggle. I have had finals to study for along with trying to find something different to do to change up my exercise routine. I finally got finished with finals, and I passed them all by the way yea me! Lol! I have also hit a weight loss of 30lbs and I am really happy with that especially being that I had hit a plateau in my dieting, but I over that for now. I have started adding more weights along with walking an outside trail of 3 miles that has different terrains so it helps to change things up from the flat treadmill. I know I should add a little incline to my treadmill but my knee is just not ready for that because I developed tendinitis in it while trying the incline. A flat treadmill is better than no treadmill so until my knee gets a little better I'm not going to stress it out too much. I am, however, considering a Zumba class. I am excited and nervous because I know it might be fun but God did not exactly grant me the gift of dance. But it will give me something new to try so who knows, I may really enjoy it.
