Looks delicious. Would love to know what the meat is, looks like a sausage but has more beef appearance. I just ate but would inhale those regardless.

The meat are beef and lamb Chevaps. The company is Royal Meats. I found them at Metro. They come in different combinations, some with or without pork. Trust me they are delicious! Great on the bbq or cooked in a pan if you have to.
