@nisa156 @tiaathiaa bahannya ada 4 sendok oat, susu low fat atau bisa diganti susu soya 200ml, kurma 2buah, apel dipotong kecil, chia seed setengah sdt. Itusemua dicampur dan dikocok disatu tempat, lalu diamkan dikulkas semalaman ya. Kalo aku bikin jam 3 siang dimakan jam 4 subuh pas sahur.
