<sigh> No movement this week. Since I'll be busy for the rest of the day, I slipped out and went for a half-hour swim, even though it made me late(er) for work.
I think I ate too much this week. But I don't think I exercised too little.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
