Fried eggs and tomato. Was still hungry, so added 2 ostrich patties with mature cheddar (that cheese is so crumbly, but sooo good!) 😋

Hi @leannejaynelloyd 🤗 Honestly it varies a lot. My diet is mainly carnivore with some keto variations and treats. I try to keep my carbs as low as possible and get enough protein (aim is 1g per lb bodyweight) and kinda keep calories under 2000 most days. Some days I eat around 1600 or less, but I don't like to restrict calories continuously because it has the effect of slowing metabolism. Anyway, calories are not a main focus for me, but rather the type of foods and just eating only when hungry. Some days I'm less hungry than others. My lowest calorie day was about 900 and the highest was well over 3000, with the average probably around 1900. If you access Fat Secret on a computer, you can view people's food journals through the website, which I find interesting sometimes 🧐
