Today is my first day back! I didn't exercise today but kept within my calories allowance with about 450? kcal to spare. I need to get control back in lots of areas of my life but reckon if I start with a clean diet first, portion sizes later, get my booty back to the gym starting tmro and with the wee yin back at school then hopefully some more of my routines will fall back into place. I don't let things hold me down for long usually but I've just attended my 5th funeral since Xmas. My mental health went downhill and everything else followed. I was feeling good after my holiday too...I just need to make sure I'm up early and not snoozing the alarm but forcing my zombie self into the shower and doing my meditations. I've not been doing them and it makes a huge difference to me...and channel those Mallorca holiday vibes. Time to just get over my goddamned self and move forward, back to my daft, happy, clappy self. On that note, I'm off to watch the rest of my program in bed then crash out...with any luck.
