I've been reading Wheat Belly by Dr. William Davis and eliminating wheat from my diet (with the eventual elimination of gluten.) I plan to see if my current health issues clear up before introducing rare exposure to wheat back into my diet. I'm also giving up soda (closer to New Years) and watching my blood sugar to manage sugar intake (cravings) to compensate for cravings.
