Chicken cheese sauce on top of shirataki noodles: 561 cal, 55g protein, 2g carbs, 36g fat. Does anyone else think these noodles feel like squid? 😂

I have tried the no calorie noodles twice now and I must say they are not going to make it to my favourite list, they are a bit too squidy and they don't smell very good either😂

I choke every time it slides down my throat uncontrollably 🤣 thought I was the only one. I ended up cutting it 👀 For the smell I rinse it a couple of times and then I also found ‘cooking’ it through the veggies or sauce also helps with the smell and softens it up abit.

I bought them and I had no idea about the smell… I just couldn’t guys!!!😂😂🤣 At least I tried.

I must admit I enjoyed them tonight more than the first times I tried them. Noodles of any kind is a treat for me now. But yeah they totally have a fishy smell when you open them 🤣 and rinsing does get rid of it

I thought I was the only one who had the problem with their texture.I recently tried the rice hoping it would be different but NO! I would rather stick to the truly good noodles or make fresh from veggies. Also tried the gracious bakers penne. tasted a bit floury but i think i can get used to them.

@MaoetsiN The Truly good veg ones are very nice indeed. And I absolutely LOVED the Gracious Bakers Penne. I used to make portions of Macaroni cheese with it 🧀

😂😂 the texture is definitely something to get used to but other than that I think they’re honestly not that bad😂😂😂. I love squid anyways.
