Bootylicious!1's Journal, 03 May 22

Yeeess...first day back at the gym, smashed! Can really feel it though in my thighs and in my back, need to watch the spine tmro! I have stayed within my kcal with around 350? to spare and done quite a bit of walking today, my Google fit says 5512 steps and 23 heart points but Fit wasn't working this morning for so.e reason and only started recording steps after gym so I know I've done a few more. I hit snooze this morning coz I only got 2and half hours sleep last night, got up at 7.30am and couldn't chuck myself in shower coz it was broken so head under the bath taps to wash the hair and a scrub at the sink for me 🤣 was pouring with rain on walk to school and gym, can't believe I had to wear my parka and Ugg boots! Felt gr8 after workout and walked back to get bus into next town for some shopping, pick up new glasses(lost others on holiday)& quick sunbed. Went into housing got my application in, I have to be realistic about my health and all the stairs here, no rush tho. Home for lunch and got a nice phone call. I have decided, finally, at 45yr old, can't believe I'm about to say this, to get driving lessons!!😱 Local driving school had ONE open slot for learning an automatic, easier for me and most new electric cars will be anyway, soo I booked it!! Applied online today for provisional and it will be here within 2wk. Il get stuck in about studying Highway code at the end of the week. And I got my shower fixed today..woohoo..just need the lottery win 🤣 In bed now chilling out b4 sleep, hope to get a decent kip tonight and up at 6 tmro. B4 I go I want to say...read a post on here today about someone with mental health issues taking his own life, both issues r personal for me, especially after my uncle commuting suicide last month and I've lost a number of friends too. I just want to let any1 who is going through this know that u are not alone, I struggle daily with my mental health, please don't sit alone or in silence, reach out to some1, friend, family, doctor, and let them know what's happening. There's also lots of people right here willing to listen. Mental health issues are more common than u think, can happen to Any1 and MUST be spoken about to help make change. Much love to u all 🙏❤
