The killer Sled...85kg frame with added 20kg...just a wee 105kg today lol my thighs are burning!! Another gym session done woohoo walking treadmill at incline of 8.5/Kieser machine at resistance 12-14 for chest,core,legs followed by 'the killer'♡

Thanks Heather❤ thanks Anne❤ I don't know about a strength coach but the trainers at my gym are amazing and always on hand with advice, and my friend there who always ropes me into this, is right into her strength training and used to be a coach, she makes it look so easy!! She always gives me gr8 tips.
