I've had a gr8 wee day! Got about 5hours sleep last night AND got up at 6am woohoo finally my routine is coming back! Done my meditations, relaxed breakfast, instead of the usual burning my tongue trying to gulp half a cuppa on the way out the door🤣WeeG is doing gr8 walking some of the way to school herself, it wasn't raining this morning so I enjoyed my walk to gym with the headphones in trying not to sing too loud 🙃 After my workout I done the gym challenge, pushing The Killer sled at 105kg for 60metres (5lengths) in the fastest time. I was well chuffed to do it in 1min3secs and obvs lay on the floor sweating and burning after it🥵 felt gr8 tho and put me in an even better mood the rest of the day. Got bus into nxt town for helium balloons for WeeG's birthday on Sunday and had an americano coffee with soya milk in Greggs and stayed away from the food. Don't think I've ever done that in my life, it's so hard to resist a cheese&onion pasty🤣😇Came home for healthy lunch, few chores and back to the school. Had bigger dinner in size and kcal tonight as I've been hungrier, think its the workouts, and I don't want to b raiding my cupboards at night, hopefully it will stop me snacking. Came upstairs read a bit of my new highway code book lol need to start somewhere, and now watching tablet b4 bed, relaxed, productive day, gr8 head space and a bit happier 😊 thank u all for ur support &encouraging msgs, I appreciate u all so much, goodnight my FS Family, much love ❤ 🙏
