I've had another good day, got 5and half hours sleep, getting there with the routines, got up at 6am but lay snuggled up with my eyes shut for ages listening to the rain outside which I always find relaxing but it also reminds me to be so grateful for the roof over my head. usual breakfast, school walk then gym, had a gr8 workout then went for bus to nxt town to collect our train tickets coz we are off to Edinburgh tmro. Its WeeG's birthday on Sunday and she wanted to go to the Natural History Museum, most kids want to go trampolining, go karts, bowling...nope not WeeG 🤣 so I got lots of snacks to take with us. I don't usually count my kcal at wkend, I didn't tonight and had 2 slices of pizza, some chips and mushroom pakora but I got sandwich thins, grapes, nuts, fruit bars instead of crisps and chocolate. Il post a couple of pics tmro. I'm off to sleep coz I'm up js after 5, train at 6.30am! I probably stayed js within my kcal today and managed 13498 steps with 72 heart points 💪 quite happy with that.
