I actually went to the gym last night. I did the treadmill (walking) for 15 minutes, then the row machine for another 15 minutes. Felt great! Before I left had a quick express workout on all machines...then went home to eat because I was starving...went to my sister Anna's house, she made me a grilled shrimp over a bed of arugula with lemon...It was delicious...and I had leftover carrot and stringbean salad.
