New Year... new reminder that as time moves on, so too must my goals be reaffirmed. My grand goal for 2015... end it under 200 lbs. I will keep the "goal wieght" to a 10 lb loss so that I can have little victories.
109.1 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
