I'm back in action, gym seems to a bit challenging. I stopped going to gym for two and half weeks and I'm feeling it. As for food I've got it covered. I'm just craving the wrong foods by that I mean unhealthy foods. I think it's the residual effects of the festive season. I know if I commit to being on the healthy path I know I will be good and from experience such cravings go away if I use a healthy substitutes for my craving.
