🍲午餐:豬里肌2片+苦瓜封肉+蔬菜魚丸湯(花椰菜🥦海帶芽+櫛瓜+杏鮑菇)
☕️午茶:自製優格蛋糕+無糖抹茶蛋白飲
🥙晚餐:肉絲炒白菜+椒鹽杏鮑菇+蔬菜湯+1/3碗白飯
🍰飯後甜點:自製餐包,只吃沾了🫐無糖藍莓醬的那半個
