Day 2. A little over budget but still on track. Yesterday I overindulged in ravioli. Better to be honest than self-deluded with the food diary. I am going to try to resist the temptation of snacking. I don't know how I'll do, but I'm going to give it my best and go from there.

My mood has generally been even. I've been mildly tense/edgy with resisting snacking, but not depressed. Disappointment really snuck up on me. Plans that I was looking forward to with my hubby fell through and the heaviness of it was like an itch telling me to seek consolation in food. I successfully resisted- at least so far. I hate how preoccupied with meal times I am.
