I feel you - but there is nothing on that isle that you need! My Achilles heel is crunchy/salt - I love cheezits, wheat thins, triscuts, anything crunchy and salty. I get the Quest protein chips to take the edge off. Have you looked at lower sugar/sugar free alternatives?

Also, go buy yourself some clothes! I understand the desire to not want to go crazy until you hit your goal, but maybe an outfit or two to celebrate how far you've come!

Problem with any gummy candy is majority are made with gelatin which is made of pork and i dont eat anything with pork in it. Which once you go down that rabbit hole lol its in almost everything so i stick to sugar free chocolate chips. Lilly brand. if i really need something. But even then with a food addiction i have to give the bag to my roommate or they could be gone in a day 😅😂😭 therefore i try to stay away from sweets. The picture is my job. I sock thats aisle once aa week lol i got myself a couple new swimming suits 😬 im not sure yet if i like them yet lol

I’ve been getting fun affordable clothes at my local Goodwill. Found the cutest shirts, some still with tags on.

just be sure that you do not wear your old clothes. the ones that fit when you were larger for me it made me feel the need to grow back into them. so find something cheap until you get to your goal weight. and best of luck you can do it .

You have come a long way and have done a great job. You deserve to buy yourself somethings new. It necessarily doesn’t have to be new off the store shelves but new to you. I shop the local thrift stores and consignment shops and find the cutest things most things under $10. You need to treat yourself you are worth it! Plus it will make you feel good to get rid of the old clothes that are baggy. Good luck shopping!!

Great job on the loss! I think we all have our bugaboos. I cannot be trusted with pretzels, of all things. I've learned to just not buy them. Switching to grocery pre-order and pickup during the pandemic helped. I make my food decisions at home without being tempted by displays and packaging and "bargains." (Not really a bargain if you don't need it. ) As for sugar...I think "poison" is a little over the top, but if it's a trigger food for you (like my pretzels), it's best to avoid. I generally keep my sugar consumption to under the 6 teaspoons recommended by the WHO. Means I can have a glass of kombucha or a square of dark chocolate, but I can't stuff cookies into my face all day 😉

Hang in there. The struggle is real. I also had this problem yesterday and I’m also only able to fit in my sweatpants. I ended up allowing myself 2 gummy worms and gave the rest of the bag to my child so I wasn’t able to eat the whole bag. For me, I was thinking the worms won’t feel as good as getting over the misery I feel trying to get dressed with nothing to wear. Thanks for being an inspiration and reminder I’m not in this alone.

Its definitely sugar for me. Being i use to have high blood sugar. Sugar is posion for me. But like i previously stated. To each their own. We all have are struggles. I try not to have any other then whats natural in foods. If i cant take it. Ill get lillys chocolate chips. But even then. I have to have my roommate hide the bag. Lol
