TRY THIS ITS HELPING: To keep from failing this time, I have allowed myself 1/2 cup of ice cream on the nights I've been good. (Crazy to think, but the better I do I know that I can have my treat). AS LONG AS I KNOW THAT IS IT, I STICK TO JUST A 1/2 CUP. Believe it or not I'm doing really good if I know that I have a small treat waiting for me at night. Half the time I've done so good that I don't even have it. It's helping me ALLOT with self-control, motivation, and to stay positive.
