Finally broke through the barrier!
This is 100# lost in just over 2.5 years!
So Proud of myself! This is my lowest weight in almost 40 years.
I was a very fit and strong 180# when I got married 49 years ago in October. I will be there again!

Have been fighting a bug. Have been forcing myself to keep going and eating stuff that doesn't upset my tummy. I haven't been exercising this week. Hopefully I'm getting better. Still a bit queasy this morning.

Sad to be sick right now! Granddaughter that I haven't seen in over a year is in town. Hope I'm better tomorrow!
89.3 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

1 week into tracking food. Down 2#’s But fighting urge to snack! Thx for all the hints for snacks! I’m diabetic and stage 3 kidney failure so this journey is A MUST!
