Back on virgin diet, was off for over a month of eating junk food, fast food, cake, frosting, candy, smith n kerns ... was scared to get on the scale just because of how i feel. finally did and 160. been back on since the 2nd. 158 today. dad went to safeway yesterday, had to turn down over half of what he bought! Getting back on track is the hardest part.
