Im so happy that my weight is finally going down. I had started going back to gym in February and for about 3 months I couldn't see any weight loss. I was getting very frustrated that I stopped going to gym for about 2 weeks. But then I started feeling my clothes getting loser so I rushed to the scale, lo and behold.. 2 kgs down. So Im back at gym now, I think gym has increased my metabolism rate.. So Im sticking to it, just doing a little more cardio now, and lifting not so much weights as I was.
Im hoping to reach my goal weight by September.
