Hi All,
Any tips for Bloating? My tummy doubles in size. I've been having ginger every morning and seemed to work for a while. I've cut down on carby foods such as bread, potatoes, rice etc. Im stuck. Any help welcome. TIA x

I do not know I it works personally but on the reviews I have read on amazon charbrew, 14 day detox tea for weight loss really helps with bloating.

Hi probiotics have been helping me as I suffer from the same. Digestive enzymes as well HCL they’ve been a lifesaver I thought I suffered from IBS but since taking this things I’m so much better. Good luck
