Is your body recovered enough to exercise after the surgery? I know it's frustrating to be gaining weight but please ask your Dr first before you jump back in.

Thank you Morticia and Hazel! I am actually allowed to workout again after 8-weeks post op. So i still have to wait another 4 weeks. I started doing some walking in the hopes it can help control the weight gain, and yes it is very very frustrating, that i actually stopped weighing myself for the past week.

I'm happy to hear you can work out at 8 weeks! Better safe than sorry after major surgery, but walking is good!
I get frustrated with the weekly up & down weigh ins, so I totally understand you not weighing yourself. And 4 weeks seems like forever! Hang in there! 😁💕
