Still stuck. I'm actually up to 137 as of this morning. It has got to be PMS weight tho, there is no way i'm gaining!! This is freakin retarded.

So i guess low carbing it no longer does the trick for me... I'm going to keep the carbs low but also start watching my calories more closely, try to stay in the 1300 or less range.

I've also picked up the pace at the gym, i went 4 times last week, which was my goal, so yay me!
Gotta keep truckin along, i've come too far to give up 10 lbs away from my goal weight!!!

Amen! You keep on going; you're doing great! It has to be TOM putting that extra weight on you. I was 137 Sunday morning from all I ate over the weekend... I'm just trying to drink my weight in water to get it back off... Hang in there, Chica! We'll get there!

Maybe you need more carbs in your diet? Why don't you try upping your net carbs by like 20 or 30 and see where you get from there? If you do that and keep your calories within your RDI, you might see a change. Changing up what you're eating always does help me and I also eat a LOT of carbs, my fav <3

Thats why i changed to low carb LOL I was eating a low protien/high carb diet (almost vegetarian) for a few months and was stuck... at 135, so i decided to switch to low carb, and i'm still stuck at 135. Arrrgh!!

Ick! Maybe you need to balance the two out? Eating organic food as helped me a lot - staying away from artificial preservatives and sweeteners was a whole new world of weight loss for me. I see you use sugar free products which can possibly be harming you. Maybe opting for the full flavor but less could help? Just a personal opinion on sugar alcohols and it could help you the way it helped me!
