I think getting back to hardcore was the kick I needed to lose these 2 pounds that I had gained. Logged all of my food yesterday and was under my calorie limit. I am 1.8 away from my goal weight of 150, a 35 pound weight loss overall! No more cheating I want to see 150 on the scale SO SO bad. It has been a long and sometimes rough 4 months but that will make it all worth it!
