Try using a little cream. It's higher in fat, lower in sugar

Also I slowly adjusted to drinking my coffee black, but also unsweetened almond milk is nice as occasional treat

I have unsweetened oat milk or unsweetened soya milk. Fruit........I stick to blueberries, strawberries, melon, apples but not in huge quantities, lots of veg instead. Best wishes!

Just go black, it takes a cup or 10 to get used to, but then its not that bad. As for fruit, I have no help there....its a big weakness
