I’m very pleased how I’m moving out of the 80’s and into the 70’s, only 7 more pounds to my Second goal…. I know i can do it! Then onto my Third and last goal. I hope to be there before December I started this new lifestyle Aug 20, 2021. And it hasn’t been that bad.
