Completed another 10000 steps yesterday (most on a brisk walk to Subway to grab dinner before a meeting later last night); busy day at work and I did not drink as much water as I should have (will need to work on that); daily weigh-ins to stay accountable daily...it is so easy for me to ignore the impact my bad eating habits has on my health and happiness.
