Major electrical work today...fed crew pizza...I ate less than a half a slice...wish I hadn't. Tomorrow's a new day...forward march!!

I can relate. We had lunch at a Chinese buffet. I don't think I did too badly with calories, based on the estimates I'm finding in journaling my food. But all that sodium! I have a headache now too...my body isn't used to this kind of food any longer.
