Anyone else in the middle of this heat wave? I’m in Michigan it’s been very toasty here! The building I work in doesn’t get air conditioning so it’s been hot I sweated through two shirts yesterday. 4 bottles of 40 oz water and 3 gzero all at work lol if I lose any weight this week it’s probably water weight lol
I didn’t get my walk in even though I have a treadmill the heat kicked my butt I was tired after work yesterday

Yes! We are in Georgia and it’s supposed to be 105 today!!! 😵 Yesterday it got up to 102 and the heat index was 111, it literally felt like hell outside. I went to pick some blueberries for a few minutes and I could feel heat coming up from the ground. I am over this weather. Next week they said it’s supposed to be over 100 degrees 5 days in a row. So much for walking!
