How do you make those halloumi chips? Looks perfect.

It looked very easy. My mom cut the halloumi into thin chips and then deep fried them in light olive oil. You could also use coconut oil or tallow. I don't know if the South African halloumi will behave the same way, but defs worth a try 😋
