Is it Biscuits and Sausage Gravy? Yum.

It is sausage gravy and biscuit. So yummy. I am working on learning to eat small portions and have limited treat foods so that I have a sustainable eating plan. I am getting better at it. But still have to watch out. That's why I try to photo or record.
