fat = 42.3 % (+0.3)
water = 43.1 % (-0.2)
muscle = 30.4 % (-0.1)
BMI = 31.6 (+0.1)

Another (small) gain but birthday + a weekend from hell soooo.....
On the other hand, walked 12 km on Saturday and off for another 12km walk now. Need to get back to tracking and to "doing something EVERY day".
